Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Phi Golf. This policy sets out when you can get a refund — your statutory rights under UK consumer law are unaffected.
1. 14-day cooling-off period
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you join Phi Golf as a consumer you have 14 days from the day you subscribe to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund of your season membership fee.
To request a refund within the 14-day period, email support@phi.golf from the email on your account. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
2. After the 14-day period — pro-rata refund if unused
After the 14-day cooling-off period has ended, you can still request a pro-rata refund provided you have not yet created any tournaments on your account. The refund covers the unused portion of your season membership, calculated daily from the date we receive your refund request.
If you have created one or more tournaments, the season membership is treated as in use and the fee is non-refundable for the remainder of that season.
3. Exceptional refunds
If the service is significantly broken for an extended period, or we materially fail to provide what was advertised, contact us — we will consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis, regardless of the rules above.
4. Renewal
Season memberships do not auto-renew. You will only ever be charged again if you deliberately renew for a new season. If you do renew and change your mind, the 14-day cooling-off period applies to that new season.
5. Chargebacks
Please email us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
